“Maestro” Bruno started selling New and PPO (premium pre-owned) Steinway Grands in 1974. During his 45 year career in the Music Industry he spent 21 of those years selling Brand New Steinway Grands. During his entire 45 year career he has sold PPO and used Steinway Grands.

Maestro Bruno purchased his first Steinway Model B in 1976. He so loves the Steinway Model B that he has purchased 7 New Steinway B’s for his personal use since 1976. During his 45 years in the Music Industry, in today’s dollars, he has sold about $50,000,000 in Steinway and Steinway Designed Pianos. About $30,000,000 of these sales were Brand New Steinway and Steinway Designed Pianos. His Client list includes Pianists, Professors, Colleges, Universities, Performing Arts Centers, Churches and other institutions.

William “Maestro Bruno” Santo concentration of studies at Roosevelt University in Chicago and Arizona State University gave him an in-depth foundation in Business, Math, Music Composition, Classical Organ and Piano as well, as Quantitative Systems & Analysis along with Statistical Modeling. These skills were further enhanced with 3yrs of extensive studies at the graduate level in the field of Philanthropy at Indiana-Purdue University Lilly School or Philanthropy earning him a CFRM.

In the business world as an entrepreneur, William “Maestro Bruno” Santo has founded numerous start-up companies and developed many trend-setting concepts to capitalize on his vision. Throughout his career he has been involved in the marketing of luxury products, strategically pairing special events with Fine Arts Organizations and the Fine Arts Departments of Higher Education Institutions and working closely with University Presidents, Development Directors, and Donors to secure required funding for their needs.  William “Maestro Bruno” Santo’s institutional efforts during a 13 year span working with educational institutions enabled him to secured over 20M in funds to helped reverse the deteriorating quality of pianos in Fine Arts Departments throughout the US. His methods in inventory analysis, the life cycle of Grand Pianos and Fine Arts fundraising are now the worldwide standard in the piano industry.

Tammy K. Mair, Marketing

Tammy uses her creative and analytical mind to generate and produce our individualized institutional reports.  Over the past 14 years, she has facilitated the advertising, marketing and logistics of all Red Bird on-site sales promotions in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Arizona, Utah, Florida and more.  She is the main point of contact for our national team, coordinating each installation personally.  Through planning and experience, her goal is to ensure that our piano refresh program proceeds with minimal interruption to your music department.

Ning Zhou, In House Concert Artist and Creative Director

Ning is an International Gold Medalist Winner and serves as “Artist in Residence”. Ning holds 2 Master Degrees in Piano Performance and an Artist Diploma in Chamber Music Program from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is currently working on his DMA in Piano Performance at UNT in Denton, Texas. Ning is responsible for all Video and Audio Content. He oversees all Photo Shoots and he the main Performing Artist in the Audio Content. He is the Chief editor for all You Tube Videos. His responsibilities also include conducting Master Classes worldwide. Ning grew up in Shanghai China and will serve as the Sales Trainer for the personal in the China and Macau locations.

Juliy Divine, General Manager-Social and External Marketing Director

Juliy is the general manager our operations. She started with the institutional division of Red Bird LLC in 2008. She is also the liaison for all institutions world-wide. She manages content and numerous external Web Sites throughout the world. Within the Social Media context she contributes to the content of these sites. She has over 16 years’ experience in fundraising with non-profit organizations. Her responsibility extends to Red Bird’s and Concert Pianos Corporate Philanthropy. Glenna B. Santo, Multimedia Development

Glenna is a renowned curriculum and multimedia developer.  Her unique talents are essential in making our presentations professional and powerful.  More important are her years of experience within the educational system; Glenna provides valuable insights and ensures we follow the guidelines of administration.

Dr. Alejandro Sabre, Professor of Music

Dr. Sabre holds a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance and Literature with a minor in Music Theory from Eastman School of Music.  As a pianist, composer and full-time professors he provides valuable insights and advice on the inner workings of college and university systems.  He is currently the Director of the Piano Program at Modesto Junior College.

Henry Chan, born in Guangdong, China, moved to the United States in 1981.In 2000, Henry began to import high-end quality furniture from China. At the same time, he worked with an American casino operator making custom furniture interiors. In 2015, he started to export western furniture and pianos from the United States to China. In the same year, he attended the Guangzhou Musical Instrument Exhibition. His featured piano pieces were so captivating, he was interviewed by the China TVS4 Television Channel. His interview was broadcast all across China.

With a lifelong fondness for the arts and a global network of friends, Henry will be instrumental in establishing the PPO Selection Centers and PPO Global Dealer Network with his years of collaboration with many established piano dealers and his extensive contacts throughout Asia.Henry’s ability to communicate in China and the Asian Pacific countries will allow him to build a solid PPO Global Dealer Network throughout China for the Partnership. Since 1988, Henry has lived in New York City.
